Kangen Water® is a form of electrolyzed, ionized water produced by advanced water ionization technology developed by Enagic. Originating in Japan, the term “Kangen” translates to “return to origin,” reflecting the concept of restoring balance within the body through water quality.

At the core of this innovation is a precision electrolysis process, where purified tap water passes through an ionization chamber equipped with platinum-coated titanium electrode plates. When an electrical current is applied, water molecules are separated into alkaline and acidic streams.
